The Aquatics department is looking for lifeguards! Every Shift!
Lifeguards are needed 6:00am – 8:00pm
We are offering several lifeguard classes in the spring.
Welcome Center Associate
Part Time Position
This is a part time position. Schedule availability: Monday-Friday 5am – 9pm, Saturday 6:45am – 7pm & Sunday 12:45pm – 5pm.
This position requires knowledge of English grammar, mathematics, simple office bookkeeping, learning the computer software for membership registrations, and operation of simple office equipment. He/She will also be responsible for analyzing problems in a restricted functional area and for making decisions guided by precedent and established policy. Position requires normal attention and alertness with occasional concentration due to the nature of duties and flow of work. Human relation skills are critical in communicating with tact and persuasiveness to members and directors.
- Greet everyone entering the YMCA
- Provide membership and program information
- Sell memberships
- Register members/potential members for programs
- Answer telephone
- Monitor main entrance
- Perform end of shift, following all accounting procedures
- Perform duties as assigned by Membership Director and any Administrative Team member.
The Sports Department is looking for volunteer coaches year round for all sports!
