Over the past few years we have been raising money for our "No Limits" Capital Campaign...and we have not only reached our goal, but construction is well on its way! With a brand new family gym, additional work out equipment space, new offices, and an expanded child watch - we will be able to serve you even better in the future. THE GREAT LAWTON FAMILY YMCA QUACK MEET
1st Place wins $5,000! There will also be additional prizes for top finishers, so make sure to "adopt" your ducks before they waddle away! Ducks can be adopted at the YMCA as well as many other local businesses - and always be on the lookout for the "Duck-mobile" our mobile duck adoption station pops up all around Lawton in the weeks leading up to the race.
"MEMBERS IN ACTION" - NEW CLASS
This BRAND NEW course is designed to offer an extensive over-view of the Fitness Center's machines and how to properly use them. There will also be a Pre/Post Full Fitness Assessment available and progression of workouts will be documented. Beginners are encouraged to join the class, it is perfect for everyone!
